Login Difficulty due to 2FA & no access.

Hi, I've lost access to my dropbox account. It is setup with two factor authentication. My mobile recently broke, causing me to lose my backup codes. So I am unable to get the code in order to ...

Hey Bharath T, sorry to hear about this.

 

I would suggest that you contact our support team about this directly.

 

You'll need to go to this page from a private browsing/incognito window. 

 

Make sure you put in an email address you can access, fill out the form and submit your request.

 

Let us know once you have your ticket number.

        Without access to the 2FA codes you almost certainly wont I'm afraid. Dropbox have always been exceptionally strict on this.

         

        The idea of 2FA security is to make sure people without the log on details to get in cannot do so. Therefore circumventing the security measures would mean the whole point of 2FA is lost.

         

        Nobody here can help. You need to just follow the email tickets you have.
