No access to 2FA or security code, so I am having issues accessing my account.

Dear All/Team :
my case is really disturbing, even I don't know how to start.. I'm having dropbox account, but i can't access it.. why ?
bkz the 2fa is on my old number ( I lost my mobile, and I can't get the number back), and the disaster is the code i've been giving for the first time, saved on that phone,,, I till have access in my email and password of course, and when I try to log in , it incest to put either the 2fa, or a security code...

no matter how much i tried in any way, still can't remove that to add my new number... I'm having this account for more than 15 years.. and all my memories is there.... SO PLEASE.....

help me

Hi heartleo, the email won't be in your Dropbox account.

You need to check your email's inbox for it, can you give it a go?

I checked again, and I can see the email on my end, and it was sent to this exact address.

In this case, heartleo, can you try to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

    Let me know more!

Hi heartleo! I can see you’ve now replied back to Megan. She’ll review your case, and get back to you as soon as possible in the same email thread, so you don’t need to do something else on your end for now.

    Cheers.
