Not receiving verification email, how can I verify my account?
I have not been able to receive verification email or password reset email.
I've added no-reply@dropbox.com to my google contacts account.
I've checked my spam folder.
I've verified my address is correct.
Please do help me sort this out

Just to confirm, did you also check your spam folder?
If it's not there either, I would suggest going to this page from a private browsing/incognito window and submitting a help request to our support team, so they can assist you further.
Once you have your ticket number, please send it here as well.

The verification emails are not going to my spam folder.
I went to the link you provided through an incognito tab but once again I was asked to verify my email which I can not due because I am not receiving those emails, however I am receiving email notifications for this chat.

Hi,
I've signed up for a new Dropbox account and despite receiving the welcome email I am not receiving the verification email. As with others complaining of this problem I have added no-reply@dropbox.com to my address book and created filters to ensure emails are not sent to spam. This is really frustrating as I need access to the account urgently.
