Can you check that your credentials are still saved using these steps?
Also, is it possible that you accidentally created two accounts here? One with the "Hide my email" feature, and one with your iCloud email?

Hi Megan,
Yes exactly, that’s what actually happend.
I’m using dropbox for more than a decade and at that time there was no any option to Sign in with Apple. So, I created my account using the iCloud email. Now I thought to integrate it with Sign in with Apple. Because it’s much easier to login your account instead of tyling the email and password manually. But I mistakenly check the Hide my email option while signing in and it created qnother fresh account which I had to delete. But now when I try to sign in it shows account disabled message.
I hope it explains everything.
Thank you

Hey IMExperts, sorry to jump in here.
Can you please use the steps in this article to deactivate the "Hide My Email" option for your Dropbox and then try to sign in with Apple again, to see if that helps?

Hi Megan,
Thank you for your reply.
I've already removed the Hide My Email for dropbox. But the issue still persists, as I get the same account disabled error message.
Regards,

Hey jjreturned, you're currently replying from a different Dropbox account; is the jjreturned one or the JJ90A one that has the issue?
As for you, IMExperts, can we send you an email as well, so we can look into this a bit further?
