"Something went wrong with your team join request. Redirecting..."

Hi! I registered in Dropbox with my corporate account using my company’s domain name. I received an email invitation from colleagues to join the company team. However, when I try to join, I see an error message and cannot proceed. Why is this happening and what should I do? My plan is still free, and I cannot upload files to the corporate folder.

Hey ilia9898870, sorry to hear about that.

Out of curiosity, have you tried a totally different web browser, or an incognito window on your current one, and the same issue persists?

Give me a nudge once you have more updates, and we'll check this.

    Hi Nancy,

I just tried Safari – the result is the same. In addition, my colleagues sent me the invitation email, but I didn’t receive it.

Nothing works for me, which makes teamwork impossible.

Could this problem be caused by the fact that I registered with my corporate email before I received the team’s invitation link? And is there any way to resolve the situation manually from your end now?

Hey ilia9898870, thanks for the additional info on this.

Just to make sure we've checked everything, can you check your email's spam folder, to see if the team invite ended up there?

If not, you can also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and ask the admin to re-send the invite.

Let us know how it goes!

It didn't work too. Please provide the solution. Can we manually do something about that?

    Thanks for the update here.

Just to confirm, the account you created is just a Basic free account, right? You didn't create any kind of trial for any other plan?

Also, did the admin resend you the invite? If they did and you still didn't receive the email, have them delete the invitation and resend it anew.

Lastly, please make sure that you've verified your Dropbox email address, as that might be causing an issue as well.
