The one-time code is sent to my inactive email address, so I can't access Dropbox.

Buongiorno a tutti, non riesco ad accedere all'account Dropbox in quanto l'email associata non è più attiva. Inoltre quando provo ad accedere mi viene richiesto il codice di 6 cifre che dovrei riceve...

Ciao Nancy, grazie della risposta.

Purtroppo non ho altri dispositivi collegati, pertanto non riesco a ricevere il codice di 6 cifre.

Vi chiedo gentilmente supporto in quanto da 2 anni non ho accesso all'indirizzo email e ricevuto l'addebito nel mese di novembre di €119,88. Grazie ancora, Gabriele
