Unable to delete account - nothing happens on a browser and getting an error on the app
So I have a free account and no longer need it. I have tried the steps on website to delete the account but when I get to the end after putting in my password nothing happens. I have tried deleting through the app and get an error message stating the account can’t be deleted due to an unknown error. I’ve tried different browsers and wiping the cache, still no fix. Any ideas?

Would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error you're seeing when trying to delete the account?
Also, when you originally created the account, did you sign up using your email address and password, or did you choose to sign in with Google/Apple?
Let me know and we'll go from there.

Signed up through Apple but updated to a personal password, did not update the email address.
