Issue with resizing text/signature boxes on the Signatures page

Is anyone else having issues resizing boxes on a document that you are trying to send for signature?  I can move the boxes around the document but can no longer resize them to fit in a particular are...

HI robafc, thanks for the video. Could you try deleting the field entirely and then adding it again to see if this helps?

    I have tried several different documents.  The only way I was able to get it to work was to login to HelloSign.   I tried different browsers, rebooted the computer, etc…

      Thanks for the info, in order to look into this matter in more detail, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate further.

        I did that as well.  Was told to change browsers, delete cookies etc.   Getting no place fast.
