Hi,
I have Dropbox app on 2 work PCs. Thus I keep my data sync-ed.
Suddenly I've noticed that the data is out of sync. The Dropbox app is not reaching the cloud data.
I've tried to connect to www.dropbox.com - no way. Timeout.
Various browsers (Chrome, FF, Brave), different PCs and OSes (Window10, Linux Mint), at last, even my neighbor from his ones - to no avail.
But when I've used the modem connected to the Internet via mobile provider - I've got success. Actually this message is composed in this way.
Yesterday my ping www.dropbox.com returned success, today - not. Similarly, yesterday I could trace the route till 162.125.72.18, but today this is broken too.
My provider cannot help me, they say.
I'm desperate. Any help appreciated!
Hi all, could you try the suggestion outlined here and let us know if it improved matters for you at all?

Today's trace route has the last successful IPs:
91.204.213.201
213.248.84.106
and then * * * a lot of times and timeout
But, once again, yesterday the routing was OK till the dropbox.com

Hi Walter,
Thank you for replying!
The message is simple and it varies with the browser. But the common idea is: not connected due to timeout.
E.g. FF says:
The connection is timed out
This site can't be reached
Chrome:
www.dropbox.com took too long to respond
An error occurred during a connection to www.dropbox.com
Please note, the Dropbox client fails to connect as well. No error messages, just no sync.
No firewalls, no anti-viruses on my Linux PCs.
My neighbor has the same results on the Windows one.

Hey @d is, may I ask if you've also tried another wifi network or if you've contacted your ISP again to ask for more information about this?

Hey @Andrey8, sorry to hear about this.
I just merged your post under this thread as it kinda echoes the OP here.
Could you provide some additional information about the issue you're facing and/or some screenshots so that we can have a visual too?

Hey @Mavamaks, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
I just merged your post under this thread as they seem similar.
Can you please let us know if you've contacted your ISP about this and where exactly you're located at the moment?
Any additional information is more than welcome!
