Help - Issue of uploading photos downloaded to dropbox to nas

Help - Issue of uploading photos downloaded to dropbox to nas

Hello, everyone.

I'm a Korean user. I'm sorry. I don't know English, so I use a translator, so sentences can be awkward.

If you save photos taken with your iPhone 12 to your PC via drop box auto sync,

they look normal on your local PC, but if you upload them to Synology NAS, they will corrupt your files.

When I upload a picture to the NAS like the picture on the right,

the file of the same name already exists in 0bite state,

and an error appears like the picture on the left, so I ask if I want to overwrite it.

Some photo files succeed when you move from the drop box, while others fail.

Please Help me.

Hey @Kor_jnghelp - sorry to jump in and thanks for clarifying that for us.

If this issue persists even after setting your Dropbox files to be available offline to your computer, then you'll need to reach out to Synology's team for further assistance.

Let us know of any updates!

Hey @Kor_jnghelp, and thanks for posting on our forum!

If I get this right, you’re trying to upload your synced photos from the Dropbox desktop app to your NAS, and this is when you get an error message. Correct?

Have you made sure that your Dropbox files are offline first?

After that, you can try copying one of your files to another location on your computer, and then upload it.

Let me know if this helps.

Yes, I've tried this photo file offline, but it's still having problems.
