My mobile app app isn't syncing to desktop

My app isn't updating with current files added from computer. The app is showing old folders which were deleted. How can I update my mobile app to show my desktop dropbox?

Are you certain that you're signed into the same account on both devices? 

 

Do you see them both on this page?
