I have Camera Uploads set up to sync all photos and videos from my iPhone. I am noticing there are older photos and videos from 2020 that are not being brought over. How can this be fixed?
Hey @MeeshLSU, sorry to hear about this.
You should be able to manually upload the photos that didn't get uploaded via the automatic camera uploads feature via the (+) button within the Dropbox mobile app.
If you notice this happening in the future, don't hesitate to let us know so that we can look further into this.
Thanks!

That would take several hours to pick out what went through and what did not. Plus the naming convention is off, and the timestamps are wrong marked today rather than when they were created.
Hi @MeeshLSU, are there any differences with the older photos and videos? Are they Live Photos on your device?

Hey @MeeshLSU, I am very sad after hearing about this issue.
I am facing this issue but I solved my issue according to Walter advice
I am very satisfied with this answer and this will also solve your problem.
You should be able to manually upload the photos that didn't get uploaded via the automatic camera uploads feature via the (+) button within the Dropbox mobile app.
Thanks:
hi dear @MeeshLSU I am also statisfied with Walter advice.
I also faced this issue and walter's advice is the final solution to this problem.
You should be able to manually upload the photos that didn't get uploaded via the automatic Camera upload feature via the (+) button within the Dropbox mobile app.
This is the final solution also in my opinion.

It's a mix: live (heic), jpg, and mp4.
Thanks for the info, if certain images aren't being uploaded automatically, then you'd need to search for them and manually upload them via the Dropbox mobile app onto your account.

This is an unacceptable answer:
That would take several hours to pick out what went through and what did not. Plus the naming convention is off, and the timestamps are wrong marked today rather than when they were created.
