The computers of all team members are not syncing

My entire team dropbox is not syncing for any of the members. After restarting all remote users machines the problem still exists. Any issues with dropbox? im stuck as to know how to resolve this.

This now seems to be resolved across our network.

 

I notice there was an update on your status page reporting issues, so I assume it was related to that.

Hey @Steve74, thanks for reaching out to us.

 

What's the sync status on all these machines, when you hover over the Dropbox icon?

 

Are you getting any errors there? And what's the version of the Dropbox app that everyone's using?

 

Let me know and we'll go from there.
