Create, upload, and share

I want to use the File Request feature to offer my clients an easy way to upload a large amount of files (usually 100-500GB) on the internet. I have a professional account. But usually, my clients have trouble uploading files because they have for example an unstable internet connection or their computer turns down during the upload. The problem is that when the upload is interrupted it doesn't resume it after the internet connection is back. WeTransfer can handle an unstable internet connection so I am thinking about using it instead of Dropbox.
How can my clients upload through File Request without these fails?
Or should I share a folder with them? Is it more stable to upload the files to a folder I share with them?
Thank you!
Thank you for your reply Jay.
I hope you will add this "resume" feature soon... or create a download/upload manager app or extension. Thanks!
