Is the "manage hard drive space" feature available for only certain accounts? I have DB Plus for my personal files and can't access the tool, but I CAN access the tool when switching to my work account that's on an advanced plan. Currently running this beta build + would loooove being able to access that feature.

Do you happen to have both your Plus and Business accounts paired on your desktop app? Or do you manually sign in and out of each one of them, and the option only shows when going to your Business account’s settings?
Are you syncing each one of your Dropbox accounts on different devices perhaps?

Hi Nancy! Both are paired on the desktop app (running this beta build on OSX Ventura 13.5.1), so I'm switching between the accounts without logging out and back in again.

Hi @meganelizabeth, would you mind downgrading from the beta version, and trying the stable one, please?
In order for you to achieve that, you'd need to access your account settings, and turn off Early access, then you'd need to download the stable version of our app.

Sure thing! Now running the stable version (187.4.5691) with Beta turned off, no changes in product features with the work account still having 'Manage hard drive space' in the dropdown but personal missing it.
