Yes! also on the page with where this information is written, they told that they are occupied with other plans, and don't want to realize the webdav function, however if you have a desire put this function to the vote! Be more attentive before answering think!
It's silly because they really should implement it. Couldn't you access it through a file explorer that has webdav functionality? Makes me wonder if Windows Explorer can already do this, especially in Windows 10.
I did find DropDav, but i don't know how it works exactly. Has a monthly cost, but I think it's free for under 50GB accounts.
