I upgrade to dropbox plus and paid for a year, but nothing changed in dropbox. It says im still using the free version and i didnt even got an email. Please help

Before renewing did you cancel and downgrade on the plan you already had (I assume via website)? Reason I ask is that it isnt possible to swap payment plans between app stores and the website while one is in progress. So, if you didnt do that then you have accidentally set up a second account

hey, maybe u must contact admin dropbox from twitter, they are fast respone in there

It might sound trivial, but have you tried signing out of the app, then back in? If not, can you give this one a go?

Hey @MorgesPainting - sorry to jump in here, but have you made sure that you're using the exact same email address for the Dropbox mobile app and for the App Store on your iOS device?

I paid to increase storage space from 2GB to 2,000GB. How can it be added to my dropbox .. it is not reflected there yet.

Did you upgrade directly through Dropbox, or did you use your mobile app to upgrade using the App Store?
Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, and that you upgraded the wrong one?
