Can't access my individual account after cancelling Business trial

Had Dropbox Plus, offered a trial of the Dropbox Business setup, didn't really work for my setup so decided to end the trial and return to an individual setup on Dropbox Plus, I keep going to change back to Plus and it keeps denying me access saying to contact customer support or refresh browser to which I have done multiple times to no avail. Now my files and backups are gone, lost in limbo.

Is it possible that your Dropbox Plus subscription ended, during your Business trial?

 

What plan do you see in your account settings here?
