I want a refund for my e-signature subscription
So I thought I canceled an e-signature subscription I only used once, but apparently not, and was charged. All the support online to cancel does not match what seems to be available. I can't seem to ...

I'm assuming that you're referring to a Dropbox Sign subscription, correct?
If you've followed the steps here and couldn't see an option to cancel your Dropbox Sign subscription, you might be signed into the wrong account.
In any case, though, can we reach out to you via email, so we can look into this internally?

3 years agoHi lumbarbandit, was this for a e-signature payment or for a Dropbox subscription? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

I’m really not sure. I do not remember signing up for any of it. Bank statement says drop box st l.

- lumbarbandit3 years agoExplorer | Level 3That will not help. Please. I am trying ti tell you all, I do not remember at any time signing up for any drop box from any of my email accounts! The only info I have is the debit if $13.31 on my bank statement with the transaction number that I have provided to you all all day long multiple times. If I knew what email it supposedly came from then I would not be needing help
