Can you tell me more in regards to the error message you got?
Also, keep in mind that when you upgrade your Dropbox account via the app on your mobile device, your subscription is administered by the app store platform, not by Dropbox.
In your case, through the Apple store. Therefore, you should be able to view your invoice directly from the App Store following the instructions outlined in this article.
Give this a go, and let me know more.

- m4rtich4 years agoExplorer | Level 4I have the same issue as this user had. I upgraded to Dropbox Plus via the app, my supscription is visible in the Phone Settings (Apple). The money has been taken from my bank account but my plan in the app is still “Dropbox Basic”. When I click on upgrade once again, I get the pop up (from Setting, not from the app) that I am already subscribed to Dropbox Plus. Please help, I need storage ASAP.

Hey m4rtich, sorry to hear about this.
May I ask if you've tried restoring your purchases as outlined here?
- m4rtich4 years agoExplorer | Level 4Hi Walter!
Yes I have. I get the error message: Unable to restore purchases - The operation couldn’t be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error 409.)
