I got a new Credit Card and missed the billing issue notification and my account was downgraded. When trying to update the card i got this notification: "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency." What does that even mean and how can I fix it?
Hi @nbb23, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
This would occur if you're trying to update the billing for an account that has already been downgraded to a Basic plan.
To resolve this, you'd need to simply re-upgrade to your previous plan from the plans page.
