I tried to log into my account , but cannot log in, there is an error message as below : 

 

Can you please help me solve that problem ?

 

Two-step verification text message couldn't be sent. <a href="/help/364">Help</a>

I was able to locate it on our system, and I can see that it's being worked on. If you have any additional info, feel free to let the agent working on your case know.

No, not yet ! There are many people having the same issue. The dropbox system cannot send SMS to our primary phone number ! Not sure why !

It feels like this is technical issue from Dropbox and as of now there is nothing they can do.
I have not changed my phone, phone number or even my address(Vietnam) so I am pretty sure this is not my fault

Please keep checking and supporting each other to resolve this soon.
