Please help!
Someone accessed my Dropbox account somehow and after they reset the password, they changed the email address so I can no longer reset the password. How do I access my files before they are all deleted???
Can anyone please help me?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hey @Xxxggghhh917, I'm really sorry to hear about this.
What you mentioned is a possible scenario, I'm afraid, if these people now have access to the accounts.
Are these accounts members of a Dropbox Business team?
If so, have you reached out to our support team for further assistance?

No they are individual accounts sharing one folder with all of our content.
Hi @Xxxggghhh917, since the accounts are all individual ones, then you'd need to submit a ticket from the email address linked to each individual account that was compromised.
You can do this, using this page.
