I paired down my email acounts, I had three I was using daily. The email account I used for the hellofax / dropbox fax account was a gmail account and I removed gmail from that google account, thinking I could add it again if needed. I completely forgot to change the email with the hf/dp account first. I would log in using google; not a username / password. When I removed gmail from my google account it required a new email to be used with the account, which can't be a gmail account since I removed that service. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO when I go to login via the google link it does not recognize the email address. I never had a password and since gmail is removed won't get a reset email though technically it should work to add the gmail service back again but it's not working ... ! It says, sorry we can't finish this task right now. This fax account has lots and lots of important faxes and the fax number is used for my work. I know there are faxes there waiting and I need to send some. I emailed support but have not heard back; I had to list the new email address since the other one is no longer. I am very nervous
Update! I was able to add gmail back to the google account; and logged in here with that account. And I got in! Phew! Thanks for quick response

Do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team to locate it on our system?

It doesn't give a ticket number, only says it was submitted successfully; here is the screenshot
Update! I was able to add gmail back to the google account; and logged in here with that account. And I got in! Phew! Thanks for quick response
