I have two Dropbox accounts. One for work and one personal (this one). I logged out of the work account to move some files around in my personal account and now Dropbox keeps redirecting me back to my personal account, apparently refusing to let me log back into my work account.
Any suggestions on solving this problem?
Do you mean two logged in on the website?
If so try opening a second browser window but use an incognito or private one.
If you mean on the computer, unless one is a paid business account you cannot have 2 logged in at the same time.

Sorry I wasn't clearer. Same computer...not trying to be logged into both accounts at the same time.
Was originally logged into my work account. Logged out and into my personal account (which I've done often before). This time when I try to log back in I get this response: "You recently changed your email. Please log in to that account."
Also -- tried the new Incognito browser window. Same response - denied.
Thanks!
Hi @rob_moore monthly, sorry to hear about that!
Can you please send me a screenshot of the error message that you see, when you try to sign into your Dropbox account, in order for me to have visual too?
Keep me posted!

Hi @Megan,
Thanks for the quick reply. Here's the error message. By way of explanation, I'm the editor/manager of a local magazine. The [email removed as per Community Guidelines] account is my personal one. The account I'm trying to log back into is under[email removed as per Community Guidelines]Trifecta is our parent company and Armand, who set up the account, is no longer employed by Trifecta. I've been managing the account, which typically is used for photos and ads for each month's magazine issue.
Hi Rob! Sorry to jump in here, too.
Is there any chance that you had previously updated the email address of your work account, prior to logging out? Do you have another email address that could be now tied to it perhaps?

Thanks for the question.
I have not recently updated the email address.
Hi @rob_moore monthly, would it be okay for me to reach out via email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
