hi, when I share referral link to my friends or invite them to join dropbox for extra 500mb it says too many attempts , what can I do

Hi @umi1, this could mean that too many attempts have been made to create an account with that email address or from the same location.

@Jay  My friend just create a new email on new device and tried signing up using my shared referral link, it still says the same on his new device. What are we doing wrong here?

Hi @Megan , We have tried on different networks with different ips mobile network and lan, but still shows the same message I even tried using remote desktop session from another country but issue persists.
