I'm still getting emails to upgrade my plan because a shared folder is using all my storage.
Why I'm still getting emails to upgrade my plan because out of space. I got only 350 MB of files and I'm added to a shared clients folder with 400+ Gb which I don't own. Why should I upgrade my plan to have the files which are not in my dropbox?!
What is the storage we use on our Dropbox account? We're not able to upload files.

Hi, I have the basic plan limited to 2GB. Right now they say I have it full even though I only have 700MB of usage: What is this craziness? I literally did nothing in the past weeks and now I got this warning. Thank you. Plus I can't upload here the proof of image because it keeps saying "Media Upload in Progress try again later". What is going on with dropbox??

Device acer aspire 3 15 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 11 Dropbox web & desktop Version Question or Issue I am using the free version of dropbox and I am all out of storage. As I go to the all files tab to delete some of my files. Nothing is there so I can’t delete anything. Not too keen on upgrading because dropbox refuses to show me what I’ve stored. Would you guys be able to help me?
