I got an unknown error when I tried logging in to my mobile.
Hello, I am using dropbox regularly on my PC, I log in to dropbox in with my personal email address and it works flawlessly. I just installed dropbox app on my android smartphone and when I try to sign in using the same email address working for the PC I receive an error message like "Unknown error. Contact assistance". I must say that the internal google account of the android device uses (for accessing google) a different email address that I set up years ago but, when signing in to dropbox, I always select the "by email" option and not the "by google" one. If I sign in on android by using the "google" email address, it works but -obviously- I do not find any file or folder in the dropbox which appears to be empty. How can I try to solve this issue ? Any ideas ? Thank you so much for your help...

Hello, I registered my Dropbox account using xxxxx@yahoo.com, but I actually own the email xxxxx@yahoo.com.tw. Now, after changing my device, Dropbox requires me to verify via a code sent to @yahoo.com, which I cannot access. I believe I accidentally omitted the .tw when registering. I can provide any necessary proof or account information to confirm my ownership. Please help me regain access to my account. Thank you!
Cannot sign-in to the desktop app. It redirects me and throws an errors in the browser console.

Fix desktop app checking the web login, when you try to sign into the account locally.
I just had an extremely frustrating experience. I needed to log my wife out of the desktop app and log myself in. I logged her out. It then presented me with a login button. I pressed it, but instead of presenting me with a login form, it just logged my wife back in again! Over and over again. It turns out that because my wife was logged into THE DROPBOX WEBSITE, the desktop app automatically logged her in as well – but with no useful information given to me, the user, to understand what the hell it was doing. Finally, the support person advised me to log her out of the website before attempting to log her out of the desktop app again. It finally worked. It took 1.5 hours for my chat support person and I to figure this out. Please fix this. At the very least, please have the desktop just SAY "User X is already logged into the dropbox.com website. Logging them into the Desktop app now." Thanks for considering this.
I'm trying to access Passwords from one of my 3 authorized devices, but get an error.
I have a Basic plan with 3 devices authorized. I am working from one of the 3 devices, and while logged in to Dropbox, it will not allow me to access Dropbox Passwords, saying I am already logged in to 3 devices. This is clearly an error, and I should not have to log out from one of my other devices to access. Can someone help?
