I want to change my emails for my Dropbox accounts, as one is a paid Dropbox account
I can't seem to figure out how to get ahold of ANYONE at Dropbox to help me fix my account. I am getting billed for the PREMIUM plan and not able to use any of it because I have 2 ACCOUNTS and therefore when try to I change my email, it isn't letting me. I USE the one tied to the email that isn't getting billed if that makes sense. I am super frustrated to the point of asking for a complete refund and just using a different service!!!!!!
How can I access my old account with my redeemed HP promotion on my new computer?
i had a promotion with my newly bought HP laptop, unfortunately i have lost all the access as my pc was wiped out including the recovery drive to install the official windows copy that was included. while i installed another copy of win 11, i don't have access anylonger to my dropbox and unfortunately i made a new account assuming it will connect me to my redeemed promotion. but it went to a completely different direction. is there anyway to get back my official windows copy + the promotion for dropbox?
Changing existing email address linked to an existing Dropbox account, without access to email.
I have been trying to change my Dropbox email address for 12 months without success. The email address associated with my business Dropbox changed due to business restructuring. We forgot to change the address with Dropbox beforehand. I cannot change my email address and I cannot cancel the subscription. What to do ? Ticket #24713097. Peter

Hi, I created dropbox basic account via google ages ago and then subscribed to Plus with my work email. However I never managed to link them successfully, so I just kept using the work email. It has always shown that my work account has 2GB of storage and my personal account has 2TB, so the storage has been mixed up (but it still worked and currently shows that I have Basic plan on my personal account, but 700GB/2TB is used. The problem is that my old email no longer exists; the files are still there, I still pay for the Plus subscription, but I can't access them anymore. Is there any way to link the accounts? Or to access my work account once again, so I can backup some of the important files, then cancel the subscription and subscribe to Plus from my personal email? Hi! I had a Dropbox account set up with my email address which is a Gmail address. I accidentally opted to log in with that same email through the Google option and now all of my data is gone from the other account. I can't log back in because it basically transferred me to a Google account with that email. Please someone help because I cannot for the life of me find a way to email Dropbox support.
