Is way to difficult and convoluted and took much more time than it should have. This is the worst experience I've had with Dropbox. You normally make things easy. This was a pain in the ass, and for no good reason. I have deleted members months ago, didn't re-assign their licenses and was continuing to get charged. So I wanted to reduce the licenses. It was damn hard to find the way to do this. Hi I would like to know how the community comparing these two plans. I already have dropbox personal plus and my company give me a dropbox business account. However, I really want to use smart sync in my personal folder. Of course, I can save my files in dropbox business folder, but I just don't want. So, there are two options for me, personal professional and business standard. I only want to use smartsync in my personal files, which option is the best? I see that business standard is even cheaper than perosnal pro... How the community members comparing two? I receive an error saying "This billing country change isn't supported" when I try to change my credit card for billing as my old one expired. My old card was an Australian card and the new one is a US one. Hello from India! Does anyone have a solution on how to renew Dropbox in India. As per the new RBI rule, any subscription based plan over Rs. 5000, needs to be registered with the bank first. I don't see Dropbox on any banks platform of approved providers and therefore unable to renew my company's account. I've tried with multiple cards and received this error message: Payment Failed! For Dropbox On Bank Credit Card. Reason: Non-compliant Recurring or Standing Instruction registered with Merchant. Use alternate source to pay the bill. For details, contact your merchant. I have just upgraded my wife's account to Pro in Australian $ and would like to change my billing currency to Australian $ as well (as I've now been here for 10+ years!). There seems no ability to change my base billing currency from USD (what it was when I first subscribed) to AUD so that my credit card doesn't continually get hit for international currency conversions and foreign currency commissions. Given that I just saw the Sydney Opera House as the front slide on the sample Parnsip.Inc presentation on your Dropbox for Business webinar, presumably you could address this internationalisation issue?! Again, as we are all so mobile now, the concept of moving countries should be in the Use Case scenarios... Or must I cancel/downgrade my Dropbox Pro subscription and then re-upgrade? I followed the directions here to cancel my trial: https://www.dropbox.com/help/billing/app-store-subscriptions But I don't see the option within the App Store that will allow me to toggle the Automatic Renewal to "Off." I also tried following these instructions: https://www.dropbox.com/help/space/cancel-plus But when I go to my Account page, there's no link to "Cancel Trial." I feel like I'm running in circles with this. My trial is set to expire in the next 48 hours and I want to make sure I have cancelled so I am not billed for a renewal.
