When exactly is Dropbox Passwords getting discontinued?
All the literature in Dropbox indicates we have until October 25 (today) to save our passwords, but I was already shut out as of this morning. The language was vague, sometimes indicating "on" or "by" 10/25, but also this "After October 28, 2025, all Dropbox Passwords data will be permanently and securely deleted." Question or Issue Hello, I am trying to access my Dropbox Passwords data until it is shut down. It asks me to check for a notification that does not appear even when I click on Resend notification. This is unexpected because notifications for Edge are turned on in Windows settings. This happens on both Edge and Chrome. I don't know my recovery words. I just want to see my saved data. Instructions don't match what I see when trying to download CSV file with my passwords

I'm using the Dropbox extension on Brave (Chrome-based web browser). I've tried to follow the directions, but the instructions do not jive with what I am seeing on the screen. Dropbox Passwords doesn't sync logins between devices?
I use Dropbox Passwords on 4 devices. My iPhone and my 'old' Macbook Pro, where everything syncs and works, and my iPad and my new Macbook Pro, where nothing is synced. Both just show me the 'Start adding accounts' screen. I've been through a looong list of measures with chat support, but nothing has solved this so far. I can't use Dropbox Passwords on iOS - it keeps asking me to upgrade to Plus first.
Hi, I currently have a Dropbox basic account, however when I try to open the Passwords app on my iPhone it wants me to upgrade to Plus. My understanding is that you can still access Passwords with a Basic account. It jumps to the 'You're all set!' window however when I select 'Continue' it then reverts back to the 'Upgrade to Dropbox Plus to use Passwords' window. Please advise. Hello, I have just installed the dropbox application on my Mac. After signing in the program asks for a confirmation from my iPhone, however I don't get anything on my phone.... After clicking to ask to send the request again, the same thing happens.... After trying to install on my phone, the same thing happens.... impossible to find the link on my computer????
