Actually, I can access the photos folder so al my pics and screenshots are there but no documents xx

Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Did you try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser since you first noticed this?

This is the message I'm getting. Yes, I have cleared everything, tried opening in an incognito window and opening in a different search engine but I'm still getting this message. xx

Hi JoB76, have you checked my post to see if you have anything that could be blocking the Dropbox domains? Does another computer on the same network have this same issue?

There is only my laptop in the house. I have cleared, deleted and done everything mentioned in a previous post but am still getting this message x
