This is the message I'm getting. Yes, I have cleared everything, tried opening in an incognito window and opening in a different search engine but I'm still getting this message. xx

2 years agoHi JoB76, have you checked my post to see if you have anything that could be blocking the Dropbox domains? Does another computer on the same network have this same issue?

There is only my laptop in the house. I have cleared, deleted and done everything mentioned in a previous post but am still getting this message x

It does sound like there is something on your network or browser which is affecting the connection to the Dropbox site, which is why I recommended trying a different network entirely.
Could you try disabling all browser extensions and try again?
Do you have the mobile app installed on a phone or tablet? Are you able to access your files from there?
