Android Dropbox - permanent failure for some files
I use drop box Android on my Galaxy S21 to store my password keeper files. I am getting a permanent failure when I try to connect the file to my password keeper app. I also get file not found on my PC when trying to connect the file to the password keeper. Has anything changed ??? I am locked out of everything...... This just started today when I tried to open my password keeper.

Hello there tdhorn, thanks for posting on our Community and happy Monday!
I'm not sure about the issue at hand. Could you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
If you could walk me through the steps you take to do this as well, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks! - tdhorn4 years agoExplorer | Level 3

The file you're trying to open seems to have many conflicted copies in this folder tdhorn
Could those have been created by a 3rd party app or program somehow?
Also, what's the exact error you get on your Android device?
