Cannot display pdf (pdf cannot be open)

I`m getting this message when trying to download a file through the link: cannot display pdf (pdf cannot be open) , on my phone.
And I did change 0 to 1. Also, other users can`t download the ...

Can you change the link from =1 to =0 and open it again? What are you seeing now?

If the link is with o, it says Invalid format. The file is 4.92 MB. Here`s the screen shot. Thank you so much!

I have a Chrome on my phone and laptop. I can`t open it on the phone, and so cannot other people. I can download it on my laptop.
Here, I tried with another file. https://www.dropbox.com/s/prg3vcfytfp3pjk/Stitches11.pdf?dl=0 and https://www.dropbox.com/s/prg3vcfytfp3pjk/Stitches11.pdf?dl=1

Have you tried other browsers, aside from Chrome, on the phone to open the shared link?
