Can't play after renaming
I renamed a video I had uploaded of my daughter singing. I've played it many times. Since I renamed it the photo is gone and I can't play the video. It tries to take me to my Samsung Health app. What happened? All I did was change the name?!?

That's the 3 or 4 characters at the end of a file following the period, such as .MP4, .AVI, .MOV, etc. A file extension is what your device uses to know how to open a file. Without it, the device won't know what application to use to open the file.

Sounds like when you renamed it you deleted the extension on the file (the bit after the . such as .mpg). Can you try readding it, or, restoring it to a previous version
