Dropbox and Lightroom

Recently a photographer send me a dropbox folder with Raw files from our family photos. I am trying to import them into lightroom and it is saying "No Photos" in the folder. I's tried downloading the...

Hi Jay! 

 


It was an email that said I was invited to edit a folder and then provided a link to the folder. The folder then opens in my dropbox account. Im not sure about the extension. When I click one of the files, it says that "files without extensions  cannot be previewed".

It sounds like these files don't have an extension such as test.jpg, where the .jpg is the extension. 

Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing on the site?
