Dropbox Not Uploading/Syncing from Personal Computer and Phone.

I'm not sure why, but everything is syncing and uploading again. Besides checking what you asked, I didn't do anything, but glad it is working again. Thank you for trying to help me and your patience.

Just to sum it up: it seems that when you visit your account online, you're not able to locate files that you added when using our desktop & mobile app, correct?
If I didn't get this right, feel free to correct me.
Have you made sure that you're using the same account on all platforms? You can check your account's settings online here. On your desktop app, feel free to check the app's preferences, and specifically your Account tab.
On the mobile app, you should be able to visit your Account tab as well, and check for the email address there.
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

Thanks for responding. Accounts are synced. And yes, I'm not able to access files that I have added on both my desktop and mobile device
