Dropbox Paper is not accessible on desktop mode in my phone browser
Hello. I cannot access the Dropbox Paper link file when I switch to desktop mode in my chrome browser. This is hidden in a blurred black background. I can read the doc but cannot copy the text. Is this an error or has this been decided by the developers?

Can you please clarify if you're getting a specific error and send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?
Also, did you try clearing your browser's cache or using another browser to see if you get any different results?

Hey Kathak536, sorry for jumping in.
From what I can see, you’re not logged in to your Dropbox account on the incognito window, when viewing this Paper doc.
Can you please try to sign in, and let me know if the same thing keeps happening?
- Kathak5362 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hello. Signing in will allow you to edit the file with your account. I only need the text and links to be accessible. I am not in incognito mode. The notification is from chrome browser. I am using the dark theme.

Hey Kathak536, does this happen only when you try to view the file in desktop mode?
Also, do you notice the same behavior when using a different browser?

Hi Kathak536, is this occurring for just one Paper file, or all Paper documents?
Are these documents on your account, or were they shared to you?
