Dropbox says I'm offline when I'm online
When trying to view my files I receive the message that they cannot be viewed because I am off line. I am online logged into my account. Also the help chat does not work. Any help out there? Than...

Solved the problem! Rebooted my computer and that did the trick. Why so hard to remember the most obvious solutions?

Can you clarify where you're having this issue?
Is it on our website, the desktop app or the mobile app?
If you can also send us a screenshot of the error, that would also help a lot.

It is on the dropbox website access. I log in and go to my files. https://www.dropbox.com/home/...
If I select a file with check off box I can see the small thumbnail.
When I click on the image for a larger view, I receive message that I am offline. See screen shots.
This is happening with all files. Thanks for any help here.
