Error message when trying to print selection of pages of a workbook
I'm trying to print my current selection and I get an error message saying the workbook is too big, select a specific area. I asked dropbox for help they said it's a printer issue, however, this problem only happens with 1 file, the rest work fine. I have already moved half the file to make it smaller, didn't help. From a different computer it offers to print 190 pages of the file jumbled up.

Hey sundevelopers, thanks for reaching out to us.
Are you getting this error on our website?
If so, have you tried from a different browser or a private browsing window to see if that helps?
Keep me posted.

chrome, explorer, chrome incognito, firefox - all the same problem. The rest of my files have no problems, just this one.

Thanks for checking, sundevelopers.
That's strange indeed. Is there a difference between this particular file and the others that work?
What's the file type?
And if you download it to your computer, delete it from Dropbox and then re-upload it, do you see any difference?

There is no difference, it was working 2/2 in the am and decided it didn't want to after noon. It has the same message when trying to download the print area as well.

I see, thanks for the update again, sundevelopers.
Can you send us a screenshot of the error message?
Also, which one is your main browser? And which version are you using?

Google Chrome is our regular browser.

Thanks for that.
As a last step, can you also try to clear your browser's cache, and let me know what happens?

Hi Hannah, yes, everything that was previously suggested. It's a problem with just that sheet, everything else works fine.
