Error when I try to open a file that I have moved from the Dropbox folder, to my desktop.
Hello,
I have the dropbox app on my Mac and cannot open any documents that I move from Dropbox to my desktop. I try to move a word document from Dropbox to my desktop, and when I try to open the copied document on my desktop a "Grant File Access" dialog box pops up with "additional permissions are required to access the following files: [insert file on desktop]", but I cannot select it. Then, I get an error dialog box that says "Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges (insert document name). I am confused because this is my personal computer so there shouldn't be any access issues.

Thank you for your response!
I rebooted my computer and looks like that solved the issue. No issues now with opening Word documents moved from dropbox to my desktop. Sorry about that.
I do have an external drive backup set-up. I had been moving and copying/pasting Word documents from dropbox to the desktop.

Is there any chance that you have our Backup feature enabled on your device? How exactly are you moving the file?
If you could also include a screenshot of the error you mentioned, that'd be amazing.
