2 years agoDid this start happening after a specific update of the Dropbox app, or has it always been like this more or less?
If the issue persists after clearing the appâs cache (and youâre also using iOS), please follow these steps to reinstall the app:
1) Uninstall the Dropbox App
2) Sign out from the App Store
3) Restart your device
4) Sign into the App Store
5) Download and Install Dropbox
6) Try to sign into your Dropbox account

Itâs a problem with the app. When I load Dropbox on my phone through a web browser all of the gifs load fine.

Do you get the same behavior if you connect to a different network, like, a different WiFi or mobile data?
