I can't preview photos in full screen on my Android device

I am able to see the photo preview and download the photo. However, I am unable to view the photo full screen on my dev...

UPDATE! Another fresh install after restarting my device fixed it! Archiving it did NOT fix it but that reinstall after a restart DID!
Though do we have any idea what causes the issue?

What happens when you attempt to preview the image in full screen on your Android phone?
Do you get an error message, or does it simply not load correctly?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Hey Edward_L323, thanks for your update here.
Can you open your Dropbox app, tap on "account" and then on the gear icon, choose the "clear cache" option there and then close and re-open the app, to see if that helps?
If not, uninstall it and then reinstall it and let us know what happens.

No luck. Already cleared cache, reinstalled and restarted device.
