Importing files to procreate - iPad
Hi! There is just a blank screen when I try to import files to Procreate. Tried a hard reset and clearing cache, but nothing happens. Google drive and local files works.

Hi Andreasp, thanks for posting today!
Can you let me know the exact steps you follow when this happens?
Also, what is the OS installed on your mobile, and also of the Dropbox app?
Keep me posted! - Andreasp5 years agoExplorer | Level 3

Hi Andreasp, if you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps? - GenevieveMazer4 years agoExplorer | Level 3
This is happening to me as well. 2021 iPad Pro and iPad mini 6. Happens in Procreate, Goodnotes, Zinnia, and Files app. Both devices fully upgraded to current iOS.
