"Oops, something went wrong."

Every time I try to open a file this message appears and only allows me to go back to the dropbox page. I've tried everything: an incognito window and a different browser, but every time I open the files there, they load to a white screen. I've also tried clearing my browser cache, updating the browser, and restarting my computer several times.

It is happening for all PowerPoint files in my account. I do not have any word or excel files to open, but I was able to open other files that are pictures jsut not Powerpoint.
