Some audio files won't preview that previewed fine earlier on my Android app.

Device
OnePlus 8

Operating System
OxygenOS 13.1

Dropbox App Version/Browser Version
Dropbox version 446.2.4

Question or Issue

Suddenly not able to preview some audio files that I've been able to preview earlier. When I download them they play just fine. There are audio files on the same folder in same format that preview just fine.

Does the issue still persist, jimhill2000, or has it been resolved since your last post?

Hi jimhill2000, welcome to our Community!

When did you first notice this behavior? Also, are we talking about .mp3 files, or some other type

Is it safe to assume that the files preview without an issue when you try to open them online? Feel free to also have a look at the relevant Help Center article

I'd love to have a screenshot of what you see on your end when you try to play these files.

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.
