''Sorry, something went wrong" error when trying to open Excel file in Dropbox on Android tablet

suddenly I can't open it with error, ''Sorry, something went wrong". Internet connection is fine, dropbox and excel apps has latest version.

Sometimes I can open the files but many times failed it.

Why? what should I do?

My device is android tablet, I bought it in 2023.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies etc. on the device?
