Just to double check, have you tried accessing the link using a different browser?
Can you try and let me know?

Hi sharmila pun, is this a shared link from your account, or another user's shared link?

Hi sharmila pun, thanks for clarifying.
It seems they might have moved, or even deleted the content in their Dropbox account. Can you double check with the end user, and let me know?

Without providing details of the issue you're having, we won't know how to help you. We need to know if you're getting an error message, and if so, what it is, how you're sharing the file, is it yours or a link from someone else, etc.

I signed up for transcribehub and as part of the new user evaluation they sent me audio test files to download and transcribe. I clicked on the link and what comes up is a page with dog that says that didn't work for some reason. I have tried other browsers and in incognito mode. Also clearing my cache as requested in previous responses. Nothing has worked. I have emailed the site and also sent a file request to them. I had seen another if different post about this same issue

Hi jennielynn1984, happy Friday!
If you tried on different browsers, and platforms and the same thing happens everywhere, I'd guess it's an issue with the link, on the site's end.
Have they disabled the link? Deleted or moved the file, by any chance?
Let me know if you have any updates.

I'm getting the same error just like the others and also tried the recommendations like trying other browsers and switching to incognito mode but getting the same error. In my case, I got the link directly from Transcription HUB. Here's the link and the error Test Audio Link: link removed Can someone tell if this file has been deleted or moved here in Dropbox that's why it's inaccessible? I just received the email a few minutes ago. Thank you for the response.

No on here can determine that. You need to go back to Transcription Hub and let them know that their link is no longer working.
