"There was an error downloading your file" error on the website

I keep having the same issue, connection works, have tried to clear the cache, incognito window, different browser, single file vs folder, some of them are word documents so the lightest possible thing and still get the exact same pointless message "error while downloading your file". It worked fine until yesterday so I have really no idea of what could be causing this. 

  • Thank you - it's now started working again so no idea what it was as I didn't touch anything 😅

    Thanks for letting us know what this, bibitodaro.

    The thread you posted in was pretty old, so I moved your post to a thread of its own.

    Did you notice that this started happening after some kind of update on your computer's OS?

    Do you have any security apps, like an antivirus, VPN or firewall that could be interfering?

    If so, try to temporarily disable them to see if it helps.

    Let me know what you find.
